Operations Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create, sustain, and enhance efficient and repeatable execution frameworks that monitor program status, communicate progress, highlight execution risks regularly, and escalate obstacles to the designated stakeholders.

• Collaborate closely with your immediate Operations team and one or two cross-functional leaders across Tax Operations, Product, and Engineering to enhance cross-functional planning, alignment, and execution of strategic initiatives.

• Identify execution challenges, process deficiencies, and breakdowns, and propose scalable enhancements that improve operational effectiveness.

• Develop meaningful metrics and reporting that offer visibility into execution health and facilitate data-driven decision-making.

• Lead cross-functional reviews, planning sessions, and execution forums that assist teams in aligning, resolving obstacles, and achieving measurable results.

• Oversee initiatives through implementation, assess results, and promote follow-up improvements or remediation as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives from ambiguity to execution.

• Proven ability to identify friction points and create scalable improvements that yield measurable results.

• Strong structured problem-solving and diagnostic reasoning skills, with the capacity to investigate issues, uncover root causes, and design scalable solutions.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with the capability to influence stakeholders and achieve alignment without direct authority.

• Experience in designing or enhancing operational processes, governance, or execution mechanisms that have improved organizational effectiveness.
