Operations & PMO – Binance Accelerator Program

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Support the Earn Regulatory team with day-to-day compliance project management and product operations for Simple Earn, Staking, On-Chain Yields, Loans, and associated products.

• Oversee and manage regulatory project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies from start to finish — ensuring that milestones, approvals, and confirmation deadlines are adhered to across various jurisdictions.

• Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), compliance trackers, meeting summaries, and status reports for ongoing regulatory obligations, product recommendations, and workstreams.

• Regularly coordinate and align with cross-functional stakeholders (Legal, Product, Engineering, local compliance teams, and regional leads) as well as internal stakeholders within Binance Earn.

• Track regulatory developments and product configuration changes across markets, proactively identifying risks and issues for the team.

• Serve as the Direct Responsible Person (DRP) or Point of Contact (POC) for designated regulatory workstreams — following up on action items, documenting decisions, and coordinating with stakeholders on pending deliverables.

• Assist with regulatory reviews of product configurations (e.g. product availability, whitelist/blacklist logic, UI/wording modifications) by gathering requirements and evidence from various teams.

• Help ensure accurate records and audit trails of regulatory decisions, approvals, and remediation actions across all jurisdictions are maintained.

• Contribute to the broader Earn Growth agenda where regulatory and growth initiatives intersect — e.g. market openings, product launches, and Total Value Locked (TVL) initiatives — making sure compliance requirements are integrated into execution.

• Assist with ad-hoc regulatory analysis, data requests, and presentation materials for both internal and external stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• 0–2 years of relevant experience (internship or entry-level) in project management.

• A strong interest in cryptocurrency, DeFi, and Web3 regulation — a proactive approach to researching regulatory and industry developments is highly valued.

• Familiarity with or a willingness to learn about crypto regulatory frameworks across key jurisdictions (e.g. MiCA/EU, ADGM/FSRA, UK FCA, HK SFC, PH SEC, Japan FSA) — prior exposure to any of these is a significant advantage.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accountability.

• Highly organized, with a proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, dependencies, and deadlines across various time zones.

• Strong logical thinking, written communication, and presentation skills.

• Comfortable coordinating with large cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder follow-ups independently.

• Takes full ownership of tasks and results, not just inputs. Demonstrates a self-learning attitude and the ability to work independently to resolve issues as the DRP/POC.

• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment with evolving requirements based on regulatory and business demands.

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is necessary for coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders; preference for candidates based in the Asia time zone UTC+8 (±2).

• Open to feedback with a strong desire for continuous improvement.

• Experience in cross-functional collaboration within large teams and managing stakeholder relations is essential.
