Operations Performance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the meticulous management of costs and financial discipline.

• Lead the regional strategy for ITR data analysis, ensuring that KPIs are measured and reported accurately.

• Develop and maintain advanced KPI dashboards to provide real-time operational insights.

• Create and implement AI-driven agents to automate the analysis of complex data.

• Collaborate with the Finance team and regional operations to identify performance variances.

• Enhance operational efficiency by improving the digital skills and AI adoption of team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.

• Ability to influence and build strong networks within diverse and matrixed organizations.

• Knowledge of Gas Power service offerings, including field services, spare parts, repairs, and outage execution.

• Proficiency in financial governance, cost management, or operational control in a project-based environment.

• Interest in utilizing generative artificial intelligence and machine learning tools to address business challenges.

• Capability to translate complex data sets into clear and engaging narratives for senior leadership.
