• Facilitate daily back-office operations

• Provide assistance with various operational tasks as necessary

• Utilize ChatGPT to help respond to and communicate with customers

• Maintain clear, courteous, and consistent communication

• Produce basic social media content (videos, posts, captions)

• Aid in posting and updating social media accounts

• Contribute to sustaining online presence and engagement
