Operations Manager – Workers' Comp

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee the technical and operational activities within the designated Workers Compensation Team.

• Ensure adherence to all Provincial Workers Compensation Boards throughout Canada.

• Monitor claim expenses and implement cost containment initiatives.

• Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–10+ years of experience in Workers’ Compensation or disability claims management.

• Extensive understanding of Canadian Workers’ Compensation systems and regulations.

• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.

• 2–5+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
