Operations Manager, V&E

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain weekly revenue forecasts in Excel for the review of Finance and Executive Leadership.

• Create new versions of forecasts every Monday and Wednesday after Business Development meetings.

• Examine and refine backlog line items to reflect forecast modifications and project updates.

• Extract and integrate CRM pipeline updates into forecasting models.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the accuracy of forecasts and significant updates.

• Distribute revised forecasts to leadership and finance stakeholders for their review.

• Verify that the most recent backlog and pipeline forecasts are finalized before finance review meetings.

• Analyze Legacy MACS project estimates within KTT for alignment with forecasted revenue.

• Aid in the preparation and reconciliation of accruals.

• Assist with the tracking and validation of internal project hours for accrual processing.

• Support time and materials (T&M) invoicing for assigned client accounts.

• Provide approved billing amounts along with supporting documentation to finance contacts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in financial forecasting, revenue tracking, accruals, or financial operations.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and project accounting software.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.

• Capacity to handle multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• Exceptional attention to detail and precision in financial reporting.

• Background in project-based financial forecasting.

• Knowledge of Kantata, Dynamics, Salesforce, or similar financial/project management systems.

• Experience in supporting month-end close and invoicing processes.

• Understanding of backlog management and revenue recognition principles.
