Operations Manager – US Staffing, Offshore Teams

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and enhance the capabilities of a team of managers and senior personnel, with an emphasis on fostering a positive culture, supporting employee development, and improving retention rates.

• Collaborate closely with the CEO to convert the company’s vision into practical growth and development strategies for individuals and teams.

• Act as the main representative and advocate for the Philippine team, ensuring effective communication, support, and engagement.

• Manage operational workflows, guaranteeing the efficient use of ClickUp and other systems for task management and client deliverables.

• Facilitate change management initiatives by introducing new processes and technologies while minimizing disruption and anxiety.

• Recognize and nurture emerging talent, establishing clear pathways for advancement and leadership roles.

• Ensure that client expectations are fulfilled while prioritizing employee wellbeing and engagement.

• Partner with HR to address escalated employee issues, providing coaching and overseeing performance management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in leading and scaling remote teams, preferably in operations, accounting, or technical services.

• In-depth knowledge of team dynamics, talent development, and maintaining organizational culture.

• Exceptional organizational abilities with a track record of managing multiple competing priorities.

• Experience in change management, operational strategy, and optimizing workflows.

• High emotional intelligence with the capacity to handle sensitive employee situations adeptly.

• Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project/task management tools is preferred.

• Comfort with hybrid work models bridging the US and Philippine time zones, along with PST overlap.

• Experience in a boutique or startup setting, ideally with a background in navigating away from corporate bureaucracy.
