Operations Manager, SEA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute ongoing marketing and growth initiatives aimed at engaging, acquiring, and retaining users, as well as increasing trading volume.

• Address disputes and provide support to users/clients by troubleshooting and resolving their concerns.

• Regularly monitor transactions, investigate, and report any suspicious activities.

• Conduct market research to comprehend users’ needs and pinpoint areas for product enhancements.

• Utilize regional user data and insights to inform and enhance the team's growth and operational strategies.

• Maintain clear and comprehensive communication with key stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of objectives, timelines, and deliverables.

• Perform continuous market research to discover and leverage growth opportunities for the product, including market comparison analyses, business opportunity recommendations, and relevant local market updates.

• Drive sales and support our long-term business objectives by cultivating and establishing relationships with potential clients, agents, and partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in business development and marketing roles within the crypto sector.

• A strong understanding of blockchain or cryptocurrency is essential.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with robust problem-solving and analytical abilities.
