Operations Manager – Property Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Supervise and lead a remote team of virtual assistants (initially 10–12, expanding to 25+)

• Track daily productivity and workflow throughout various departments

• Evaluate end-of-day reports and perform random audits to guarantee quality and consistency

• Proactively detect performance issues and operational risks prior to escalation

• Develop, implement, and sustain KPIs, scorecards, and performance dashboards

• Create audit frameworks to ensure quality control, compliance, and efficiency

• Standardize processes across leasing, accounting, maintenance, and customer support

• Establish clear standard operating procedures (SOPs), escalation paths, and accountability structures

• Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions with team members

• Provide peer-to-peer performance coaching as necessary

• Train, mentor, and develop team leads and high-potential virtual assistants

• Manage and enhance existing tools including AppFolio, Asana, Google Drive, and Dialpad

• Serve as a reliable operational partner to U.S. leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of direct team leadership experience, including managing teams of 25+ individuals

• Proven track record of scaling property management operations or similar service-oriented organizations

• Strong expertise in Business Process Improvement (BPI), operations management, or continuous improvement

• Evidenced ability to design and implement KPIs, audits, SOPs, and performance systems from the ground up

• In-depth knowledge of property management workflows (leasing, accounting, maintenance, resident support)

• Experience in managing remote teams and fostering accountability in distributed environments

• High-level proficiency with AppFolio, task management software (Asana), and collaboration tools

• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership abilities
