Operations Manager, Property Concierge

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance a range of properties listed on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Develop, manage, and optimize property listings, including photography, descriptions, and search engine optimization (SEO).

• Implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize revenue generation.

• Handle bookings and maintain guest relations effectively.

• Address inquiries, manage check-ins, and resolve disputes.

• Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between guest stays.

• Seek out new property owners interested in outsourcing their property management.

• Optionally recruit City Managers through the referral program and earn commissions based on their performance.
