• Full-cycle Recruiting & Onboarding: From job posting to successful onboarding.
• Team Coordination (SPOC): The primary contact for our freelance psychologists.
• Quality & Standards: Contributing to guidelines, SOPs, templates, and best practices.
• Liaison with Management: Prioritizing projects, implementing initiatives, and managing reporting.
• Process Optimization: Identifying bottlenecks, building automations, and enhancing efficiency.
• Degree/Training in HR or (Business) Psychology.
• Professional experience in Operations/HR/People Ops, preferably in the health or e-health sector.
• Strong organizational skills, dependability, and effective communication – you keep everything running smoothly.
• Proficient in digital tools (e.g., Google Workspace, ATS/HRIS, project and automation tools).
• Fluent in German, both spoken and written.
• 100% remote work.
