This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus.
• Ensure the seamless functioning of associated IT systems and business processes.
• Monitor daily metrics and make necessary adjustments to administrative settings.
• Support the team and partners in managing special cases, taking the lead in investigating root causes.
• Establish and oversee the product support team, customer technical support, and job schedules.
• Supervise production support teams, user technical support, and production job schedules.
• Address tech-related issues regarding payment providers’ integrations, including consulting with technical teams.
• Drive enhancements in business processes related to payment providers.
• Track and maintain relevant product metrics within established targets and boundaries, covering costs, profits, risk levels, etc.
• Cultivate relationships with third-party vendors for support and project management.
• Ensure that related product documentation is comprehensive and kept current.
• Comprehend and monitor applicable regulatory and reporting obligations.
• Conduct periodic audits (in line with policies and procedures) to ensure compliance with regulatory and enterprise security standards.
• Assist in the creation of the IT organization’s disaster recovery and business continuity plans, policies, and procedures.
• Perform any additional duties as required or assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology or a related field.
• Over 2 years of experience in Operations management, Project management, or a related position in payment processing, internet acquiring, or other payment-related services.
• Experience managing a customer support team or key account management function.
• Understanding of the operations of PSPs (payment service providers) and payment systems.
• Familiarity with the accounting of payment transactions.
• Experience dealing with vendor contracts and licensing.
• Background in external customer-facing production support.
• Detail-oriented, possessing excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong critical thinking capabilities with a problem-solving approach.
• Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in people management.

• Strong analytical abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
