Operations Manager – Online Business Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Take charge of daily operations and steer priorities from concept to execution.

• Develop a thorough understanding of the founder’s business practices, tools, standards, and decision-making processes.

• Spot inefficiencies in manual or repetitive processes and implement lasting improvements.

• Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), systems, AI workflows, and automations to minimize manual tasks.

• Manage projects, coordinate people, vendors, timelines, and essential deliverables.

• Monitor operational performance and leverage metrics to uncover opportunities for enhancement.

• Make informed decisions autonomously and escalate issues when necessary.

• Keep the founder updated without requiring reminders for progress reports.

• Continuously seek opportunities to save time, lower costs, and enhance operational efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience as an Operations Manager, Online Business Manager (OBM), executive assistant to a founder, or in a similar high-responsibility operations role.

• Experience in dynamic, founder-led organizations where structure may be minimal.

• Strong operational acumen with the ability to transform vague challenges into actionable plans.

• Proven track record of enhancing processes instead of merely maintaining them.

• High level of ownership and commitment to follow through.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Confidence in working independently within a fully remote setup.

• An inquisitive nature about AI and a readiness to learn, experiment, and develop.

• A dependable remote work environment capable of meeting the role's demands.

• Familiarity with tools such as Zapier, Make, AI agents, dashboards, SOPs, or internal automation is advantageous but not mandatory.
