This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee and direct operations within the designated region.
• Work in partnership with the on-site team, the Alloheim Mobil management team, and the central administration of the Alloheim Group.
• Hold regular target-setting and feedback sessions with the leadership teams at service locations.
• Focus on personnel development.
• Ensure process adjustments and maintain consistent structures.
• Define and enhance concepts, standards, and methodologies to facilitate seamless operational processes.
• Responsible for managing quality assurance in collaboration with quality management representatives.
• Utilize and further develop the internal IT-supported tour management system.
• Manage and execute projects in conjunction with executive management.
• Strategically develop outpatient services, including monthly performance reports, status updates, and root-cause analysis of budget discrepancies (KPI management).
• Ensure adherence to all pertinent legal regulations and requirements within the region.
• A completed degree in Nursing Management, Health Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience in financial controlling and management of multiple outpatient or home care services.
• A customer-focused team player with a confident and solution-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with controlling processes across all aspects of outpatient and home care services.
• Willingness to travel and engage in development-related activities.
• A valid driving license (Class B) is required.
• Availability and readiness to travel are essential.
