Operations Manager, Liquidity Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus.

📋 Description

• Take charge of daily operations for our cryptocurrency processing and exchange activities, encompassing deposits, withdrawals, transaction flows, and custody provider tasks.

• Keep an eye on essential operational and business metrics, ensuring performance aligns with targets and adjusting routing or settings as necessary.

• Guarantee consistent routing across exchanges and liquidity providers, particularly during maintenance periods or issues on the partner's side.

• Examine intricate operational cases and incidents, determine underlying causes, and implement follow-up measures to avert recurrence.

• Collaborate closely with Tech and Financial Operations teams for provider testing, onboarding, and enhancements of processes.

• Monitor the performance of liquidity and custody partners, focusing on fees, SLAs, uptime, latency, and API modifications.

• Spot opportunities to enhance margins, cut costs, and streamline operational efficiency.

• Generate regular reports concerning fees, revenue, volumes, and liquidity, while ensuring documentation, runbooks, and audit materials remain current.

• Oversee relationships with third-party vendors for support and project management.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in cryptocurrency, fintech, payments, or a comparable operations role.

• Strong hands-on knowledge of major blockchain networks such as BTC, ETH, TRON, Polygon, and Solana.

• Experience collaborating with exchanges, liquidity providers, or custody partners.

• Solid understanding of transaction accounting, reconciliation, and operational controls.

• Excellent analytical abilities and comfort working with metrics, profitability, and incident data.

• Experience leading incident investigations, drafting RCA reports, and monitoring corrective actions.

• Capability to engage with external partners on escalations, SLA issues, and operational enhancements.

• Keen attention to detail and a systematic approach to problem-solving.

• Proficient written communication skills and confident in English.

• Knowledge of crypto-related compliance regulations.
