Operations Manager – LATAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Uruguay.

📋 Description

• Develop, document, and enhance scalable operational systems.

• Transform concepts and strategies into actionable execution plans.

• Maintain organization of projects, deadlines, and team priorities to ensure they remain on track.

• Oversee workflow coordination across the remote team.

• Act as the main operational contact within the business.

• Establish accountability systems and ensure consistent follow-through across various departments.

• Conduct quality assurance for operations and client experiences.

• Monitor KPIs, operational metrics, and overall business performance.

• Recognize bottlenecks and initiate process improvements.

• Assist in scaling initiatives across sales, operations, and client delivery.

• Deploy tools, automations, and technological solutions to enhance efficiency.

• Enable the founder to concentrate on growth by managing day-to-day operations.

• Significant experience in operations, project management, or business management.

• Experience in managing remote teams and workflows.

• Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.

• Background in online education, coaching, or real estate is a significant advantage.

• Familiarity with CRMs, project management tools, and automations is a plus.
