This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Uruguay.
• Develop, document, and enhance scalable operational systems.

• Enable the founder to concentrate on growth by managing day-to-day operations.
• Significant experience in operations, project management, or business management.
• Outstanding organizational and execution capabilities.
• Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly proactive with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Capacity to handle multiple moving parts while maintaining focus.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems.
• Experience in managing remote teams and workflows.
• Process-oriented mindset with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
• Background in online education, coaching, or real estate is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with CRMs, project management tools, and automations is a plus.
