This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Assist in the daily operations, service delivery, internal coordination, client follow-ups, task management, and operational responsibilities of Enterprise Management Solutions LLC.
• Facilitate collaboration among designated agents and support teams, including sales representatives, receivables staff, administrative assistance, and vendors.
• Keep daily operational task lists and monitoring tools updated.
• Supervise open tasks, pending service requests, and overdue assignments.
• Track client service inquiries, internal tasks, and leadership directives.
• Follow up with designated agents and departments to ensure timely completion of work.
• Assist in coordinating the delivery of services and guarantee that client-facing outputs are completed punctually.
• Monitor leads, referrals, inquiries, and service requests received through company channels.
• Availability for remote work based in the Philippines.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in operations management, business administration, service delivery, project coordination, executive support, finance coordination, sales operations, customer operations, or similar roles.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Capacity to support a U.S.-based company and work with overlapping hours in U.S. Eastern Time.
• Proficient in follow-up and task tracking.
• Strong skills in spreadsheet management, document handling, calendar organization, and email correspondence.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across various departments and personalities.
• Competence in organizing complex information clearly.
