Operations Manager, Concierge Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking, and Abritel.

• Develop and refine listings by incorporating high-quality photos, engaging descriptions, and effective SEO strategies.

• Apply dynamic pricing strategies to optimize revenue generation.

• Handle reservations and guest interactions, including communication, check-ins, and conflict resolution.

• Organize cleaning and maintenance teams between guest stays.

• Identify and approach new property owners interested in outsourcing their property management.

• Supervise and manage operations in real-time through the ALB platform.

• Potentially establish a team of City Managers under your sponsorship.

• Proven ability to persuade and foster trust with property owners.

• Strong motivation and capability to develop an independent business.

• Experience in real estate, sales/commerce, or related fields is acceptable.

• Aiming to establish long-term recurring income.

• Must have self-employed or independent contractor status.
