Operations Manager, Concierge

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking, and Abritel.

• Develop and refine property listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO strategies.

• Apply dynamic pricing techniques to optimize revenue generation.

• Manage bookings and maintain effective communication with guests.

• Organize check-ins and resolve any disputes that may arise.

• Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between guest stays.

• Identify and engage potential property owners interested in delegating property management.
