Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Sustain and enhance partnerships with pharmaceutical companies and CROs.

• Supervise the delivery of services for pharmaceutical clients with an emphasis on quality.

• Oversee the management of studies from initiation to completion.

• Support the development of innovative strategies and processes to expedite trials.

• Work collaboratively with diverse teams to accomplish essential deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.

• Over 5 years of experience with intricate clinical trials.

• Comprehensive knowledge of FDA regulations.

• Familiarity with GCP, study initiation, and clinical trial agreements.

• Outstanding customer service abilities.

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
