This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Ensure seamless operations and enhance productivity.
• Collaborate with the executive team to devise operational strategies that align with the company’s overarching objectives.
• Evaluate existing operational processes and implement enhancements to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Establish strategic and operational goals.
• Lead and mentor the operations team, ensuring alignment with the company’s values, objectives, and performance standards.
• Foster efficiency through effective leadership.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational success and identify areas for improvement.
• Uphold quality standards.
• Demonstrated experience as an Operations Manager in a BPO environment or a similar position.
• Strong comprehension of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
• Basic IT skills, including familiarity with databases, MS Office, and related tools.
• Strong leadership and organizational capabilities with the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in Project Management is advantageous.
