Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and nurture Operations Tech Leads

• Establish and uphold operational standards, processes, and SLAs throughout the infrastructure operations function

• Serve as the main escalation point for significant infrastructure incidents

• Supervise monitoring systems and tools

• Align operational strategies with the overarching infrastructure roadmap

• Manage and enhance the operations documentation framework

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient English communication skills (C1 level or above)

• Demonstrated experience in managing technical teams within data center operations or extensive infrastructure environments

• Solid technical background in infrastructure operations

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent hands-on experience

• Experience overseeing 24/7 operations across various regions or time zones is highly desirable.
