Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Establishes and maintains enduring relationships with both current and prospective clients, including sponsors and CROs.

• Develops and nurtures lasting connections with Investigators and representatives of Medical Institutions.

• Evaluates the feasibility of research protocols based on expertise and experience, adhering to designated criteria to select the most appropriate studies for the clinical site.

• Oversees the execution of clinical trials in compliance with ICH GCP, relevant regulations, procedures, and protocols, ensuring patient safety, thorough research documentation, and appropriate study conduct.

• Tracks individual phases of budget negotiations and research timelines.

• Contributes to the proactive promotion of the Milestone One brand by acquiring new clinics and expanding a network of sites.

• Conducts research on potential clients to enhance the network.

• Arranges meetings with Investigators and representatives from pharmaceutical and CRO companies to showcase business opportunities and the advantages of collaboration with Milestone One.

• Assists the Marketing team in creating promotional materials.

• Participates in medical and pharmaceutical conferences, as well as training workshops as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences.

• At least 5 years of clinical experience in a leadership role at a CRO or SMO.

• Proficient in the local language and at least C1 level in English.

• Skilled in MS Office applications.

• Possession of a valid driver’s license.

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

• Strong management skills.

• Effective problem-solving capabilities and results-driven mindset.

• Highly accountable.
