This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Lead and manage client operations and service delivery across various accounts
• Mentor and guide team leaders/managers, ensuring robust performance and accountability
• Develop, refine, and implement scalable systems, processes, and workflows
• Early identification of operational gaps and execution of proactive solutions
• Promote continuous process enhancement and efficiency throughout teams
• Uphold high standards of client satisfaction and internal alignment
• Serve as a crucial point of contact for both clients and internal stakeholders
• Take charge of day-to-day operations oversight when necessary, particularly during scaling phases
• Provide structure and clarity in a dynamic, startup-like environment
• Demonstrated experience in a senior operations or service delivery leadership position
• Experience in managing other managers or team leaders
• Strong mindset focused on systems and processes
• Proven track record in establishing structure, accountability, and operational clarity
• Proactive in spotting inefficiencies and enhancing workflows
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure or rapidly changing environments
• Exceptional communication skills, both client-facing and internal
• Experience in BPO, SaaS operations, implementation operations, or customer operations
