This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
• Overseeing all daily operations throughout the organization
• Coordinating internal teams including support, creative, logistics, and media buyers
• Ensuring the seamless execution of orders, customer service, workflows, and timelines
• Implementing processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and operational enhancements
• Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and managing operational dashboards
• Handling communication with suppliers, partners, and external service providers
• Assisting with product launches and peak seasons such as Black Friday and new brand introductions
• Addressing operational issues and resolving bottlenecks
• Overseeing or coordinating website updates and modifications as necessary
• Preparing the operational framework for scaling up: incorporating new brands, increasing volume, and managing greater complexity
• Collaborating closely with the founder on strategic and execution-related decisions
• Proven experience in e-commerce operations
• Exceptionally organized, dependable, and focused on execution
• Possesses strong problem-solving abilities and maintains composure under pressure
• Experience in team management and recruitment
• Capable of establishing structure within a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with online tools such as Shopify, Notion, Slack, and customer support software
• Fluent in English
