Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversees daily operations to guarantee organizational efficiency.

• Manages accounts in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

• Creates reporting and auditing processes to evaluate operational effectiveness and reviews performance reports from team leaders.

• Coordinates operational activities with other departments.

• Recognizes opportunities for operational enhancements and implements effective solutions.

• Tracks and assesses service metrics to develop standards, improvements, or process changes.

• Provides recommendations for product or service modifications based on customer feedback and requests.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Minimum of 5 years in an operations-related role.

• 1-3 years of experience in a supervisory capacity.

• Strong customer service skills are essential.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and capable of quickly mastering industry-specific software.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and across departments.

• Strong motivation to learn, explore new concepts, and acquire new knowledge.

• Capacity to adapt, embrace change, and swiftly adjust to shifting priorities.

• Proven experience working with cross-functional teams, utilizing influence and collaboration to achieve results.
