Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You serve as the primary contact for all operational matters and projects requiring resolution across various departments.

• You are tasked with managing and optimizing our tools and integrations, including HubSpot, Notion, Zapier, Aircall, and Slack, ensuring their smooth integration and effective usage.

• You oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes, manage access and permissions, and uphold a high standard of security within our tool ecosystem.

• You engage in operational project management for initiatives that span multiple departments: from planning and prioritization to team alignment, implementation, success measurement, and ongoing optimization.

• You adopt a data-driven approach, regularly analyzing metrics and processes to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.

• You support technical and strategic special projects, particularly in the field of artificial intelligence (e.g., AI-driven telephony, development and enhancement of internal “AI agents”).

• You are adept at identifying the quickest and most practical solutions, capable of making decisions even under tight time constraints.

• You possess experience in planning, coordinating, and executing projects, which includes stakeholder management and meticulous tracking of results.

• You have a keen interest in process automation and AI, ideally with prior experience using tools such as Zapier, Make, OpenAI, or Claude.

• You are technically skilled, quickly adapting to new tools and making decisions grounded in data and KPIs.

• You take initiative in addressing challenges and take responsibility without needing detailed instructions.

• You approach your work in an organized and systematic manner.

• You maintain an overview of complex processes and possess a strong understanding of efficient workflows.
