Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Review all client deliverables prior to release, ensuring quality control, accuracy in copy, consistency in design, and alignment with brand standards.

• Manage and organize the team's workflow using Teamwork, covering project management, time tracking, and utilization schedules.

• Oversee and enhance standard operating procedures (SOPs) and project delivery processes.

• Assist in the delivery of websites utilizing WordPress (preferably Elementor), Shopify, and Squarespace.

• Evaluate design and content work by identifying layout issues, font misuse, negative spacing, off-brand copy, and other elements that should not be presented to clients.

• Coordinate client communications through established templates and handle escalations in a professional manner.

• Contribute to and supervise email campaigns, social media packages, and website copy.

• Provide support for light HR and team coordination tasks as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in a creative or marketing agency, focusing on design, content, web delivery, or related fields.

• A diverse background encompassing multiple disciplines, including graphic design (both brand and print), digital content, web development, and both paid and organic marketing.

• Extensive knowledge of WordPress (Elementor), including proficient operation.

• Experience with Shopify, and ideally with Squarespace as well.

• A keen eye for design, capable of entering a layout and quickly spotting any issues.

• Exceptional attention to detail regarding copy quality.

• Comfort with AI tools and an understanding of their application in contemporary marketing workflows.

• Experience using Google Suite, Gmail, and project management platforms like Teamwork or similar.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to professionally manage clients and team members.
