📋 Description

• Accountable for overseeing the entire operational workflow of the company’s recovery services division.

• Supervising team members who identify potential claims, engage with clients, sell recovery services, gather documents, and process claims.

• Ensuring that leads are appropriately assigned and prospects are contacted in a professional and compliant manner.

• Managing personnel, systems, reporting, and ensuring accountability within the company's operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma is mandatory.

• A minimum of an associate degree is required.

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, finance, accounting, legal studies, public administration, communications, operations management, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience in operations management, supervising sales teams, administrative management, claims processing, customer service leadership, call center operations, document management, financial services support, public-record research, or coordinating back-office workflows.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Capability to supervise remote staff effectively.

• Strong organizational abilities.

• Proficiency in handling sensitive personal and financial information.

• Discipline to manage multiple files and meet deadlines.
