This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

• Collaborate directly with customers regarding maintenance planning and hangar-related matters

• Coordinate maintenance activities with the Operations Manager and Operation Control Manager

• Support the Maintenance Planner in scheduling aircraft maintenance tasks

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the relevant managers

• Familiarize yourself with the program's local software requirements (ADMIS) for aircraft data entry

• Oversee maintenance personnel to meet customer requirements

• Ensure that aircraft maintenance documentation is accurately completed and promptly routed to the records department

• Communicate maintenance requirements and concerns to the program's Accountable Manager

• Assist the Operations Control Manager in managing parts and tooling requirements

• Ensure maintenance personnel comply with RSQCM standards

• Conduct performance evaluations of maintenance staff

• Work closely with end-user OJT students to establish work assignments

• Maintain a safe and organized work environment while reporting any unsafe conditions

• Perform additional duties as assigned

• FAA A&P License or equivalent EASA/GCAA certifications

• Willingness to relocate to the UAE for a minimum of two years

• Preferred experience of 3+ years in Global aircraft operations

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Demonstrated leadership abilities

• Previous experience in supervising personnel and maintenance planning

• Capacity to make technical decisions based on available information
