Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Ensures the team fulfills all contractual obligations.

• Develops programs that foster high motivation among team members.

• Conducts performance evaluations and acknowledges positive behavior.

• Provides coaching and guidance, setting goals for supervisors to aid in their career advancement.

• Offers daily instructions to team members regarding their job responsibilities.

• Assists associates in resolving work-related issues.

• Supports new associates in their growth and developmental efforts.

• Engages in the hiring and termination processes.

• Designs and implements the Train the Trainer program.

• Provides both positive and constructive feedback across the organization.

• Participates in client meetings, preparing agendas and/or recording meeting notes.

• Ensures open lines of communication with program support.

• Translates and manages organizational strategies for assigned objectives.

• Identifies client issues, receiving and prioritizing client requests.

• Proactively recognizes program challenges and suggests solutions to address concerns.

• Maintains a positive relationship with clients.

• Understands the billing process and the associated contractual obligations.

• Participates in budget planning activities.

• Responsible for program quality and adherence to standard operating procedures.

• Designs project task plans and standard operating procedures.

• Analyzes reports for trends and offers recommendations.

• Evaluates the progress of tactical issues.

• Reports all Adverse Events (AE) in alignment with training and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

• Maintains regular and dependable attendance, ensuring presence, punctuality, and preparedness for work as scheduled.

• Performs other related duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a reimbursement hub, specialty pharmacy, physician’s office, medical insurance, healthcare setting, or related fields.

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience is mandatory.

• Strong interpersonal skills accompanied by keen attention to detail.

• Proficient in both oral and written communication.

• Capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

• Effective and efficient resolution of associate issues.

• General understanding of reimbursement, patient assistance programs, database elements and functionalities; operational policies, and processes, particularly in distribution processes/interfaces.
