Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Georgia, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• You will be responsible for managing the internal operational framework of the group, including procurement and order management, the business-support team, and cross-functional initiatives, allowing the CEO to focus on strategic priorities.

• This role serves as the CEO's right hand, transforming ambiguous objectives into tangible outcomes while ensuring the smooth operation of the group's back office across various countries and time zones.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven track record in operations or project management, with experience overseeing operations or projects on a comparable multi-functional or multi-country scale.

• Team leadership experience — has directly supervised a small team (assistants, coordinators, or procurement) and taken ownership of results.

• Process development skills — able to present SOPs, playbooks, or systems that you have created and that continue to be utilized by others.

• Strong sense of ownership and ability to work with minimal supervision — capable of taking a vague goal and delivering a completed project without requiring constant guidance; excellent prioritization and judgment skills.

• Proficiency in English — fluent written and spoken English is essential.

• Educational background — a university degree (Bachelor's or higher) in business, management, finance, or a related discipline is mandatory.

• Technical skills — skilled in project management tools (Asana / ClickUp / Notion / Monday) and proficient in Excel / Google Sheets.

• Dependability and precision — exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail; meticulous in procurement and order processes to avoid any errors.

• Preferred qualifications: Advanced or distinguished degree, certification in process management or project management, proficiency in Russian or Spanish, and experience in distribution, logistics, e-commerce, or FMCG.
