This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Oversee the comprehensive coordination, operational management, and business development for the Avantor Services team.
• Manage a portfolio of key customer accounts and operational locations.
• Establish trusted partnerships with customer stakeholders.
• Enhance operational performance via KPI and SLA management.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team that is geographically distributed.
• Assist in tenders, contract renewals, and initiatives for business growth.
• Identify areas to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Aid in the creation of new service offerings and solutions.
• Promote continuous improvement and innovation within customer operations.
• Proven experience in leading teams in an operational, customer-facing, or service delivery setting.
• Strong skills in stakeholder and customer relationship management.
• Experience in managing KPIs and operational performance metrics.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Commercial awareness coupled with a mindset geared towards continuous improvement.
• Capability to establish credibility and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Possession of a full, clean driving license and a willingness to travel across Ireland.
• Experience in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Laboratory Services, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Facilities Management, Retail, Hospitality, Logistics, or other customer-oriented operational environments is a plus.
