This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will spearhead strategic projects and initiatives aimed at swiftly and sustainably enhancing efficiency and quality within our operational divisions.
• Collaborating closely with local craft enterprises and installation partners, you will work to optimize performance on-site.
• When necessary, you will assume interim site leadership roles to stabilize operations and establish a lasting management framework.
• You will actively shape the operations strategy by implementing targeted operational programs.
• Regular travel throughout Germany and Europe (up to 3–4 days a week) will be required to directly assess and enhance processes on-site.
• A degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is essential.
• A minimum of 5–6 years of pertinent professional experience in operations, industry, or craft-oriented companies is required.
• At least 2–3 years of direct managerial experience overseeing technical/field and commercial teams is necessary.
• The ability to cultivate strong working relationships with hub and site managers is crucial.
• You should lead operational teams confidently and collaboratively.
• An entrepreneurial mindset, pragmatic approach, and sense of ownership are vital.
• Proficiency in German and English (C-level) is required; knowledge of Spanish is an added advantage.
• You have the flexibility to work from our state-of-the-art offices in downtown Hamburg and/or remotely.
