Operations Manager – AI, Growth Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Oversee cross-functional operational projects throughout the organization.

• Manage project timelines, priorities, stakeholders, and deliverables.

• Monitor project advancement, identify obstacles, and take proactive steps to resolve issues.

• Ensure teams are accountable for deadlines, milestones, and project obligations.

• Enhance internal systems that facilitate organizational growth.

• Assist in the rollout of AI-driven workflows within the organization.

• Recognize opportunities where AI and automation can boost productivity, reporting, and execution.

• Work with technical teams to convert business requirements into AI-enabled solutions.

• Create operational reporting dashboards and performance metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in operations, consulting, project management, agency operations, or a similar field.

• Proven experience in leading cross-functional projects and operational initiatives.

• Background in enhancing business processes and organizational workflows.

• Preference for candidates with marketing agency, growth marketing, or digital marketing experience.

• Strong skills in project management and operational leadership.

• Familiarity with implementing workflows, automation, dashboards, and operational systems.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Ability to organize complex information and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

• Experience with ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other AI-based productivity and automation tools.
