Operations Manager, Administration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee the month-end operations and closure for all branches.

• Develop expertise in new operational processes and procedures.

• Supervise branch operations specialists to ensure adequate coverage across all branches.

• Serve as a liaison between branch operations and central distribution center operations.

• Assess training needs and opportunities for branch operations specialists.

• Collaborate on regional month-end discussions.

• Work together with sales operations managers and other cross-functional teams to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Industry/ OneSource.

• Advanced understanding of OneSource Operations and Eclipse.

• Proficient in using O365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational skills, and effective communication abilities.

• Self-driven and focused on teamwork.

• Eagerness to enhance processes and improve associate performance.
