Operations Manager, Accounts

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Foster client expansion through the enhancement of operations and the initiation of new growth strategies.

• Drive key operational metrics such as process throughput and defect rates.

• Allocate 80% of efforts to account management and 20% to process enhancement and cross-functional initiatives.

• Oversee the daily management of accounts, prioritize and address escalations as they occur, and proactively seek opportunities to enhance processes and operations beyond immediate client requirements.

• Create and standardize internal processes, reporting, training, and documentation as we aim to scale our customer base by 5-10 times in the next 12 months.

• Ensure the effective and timely execution of all critical aspects of internal operations projects.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with key internal stakeholders, including teams in Product, Engineering, Billing, Launcher, Account Management, and other Operations departments.

• Assist in designing and implementing systems and processes that promote scalability and efficiency.

• Deconstruct complex and challenging business issues.

• Take ownership of execution and results.

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the business to proactively address emerging challenges.

• Serve as the main point of contact for over 12 accounts, collectively representing more than $1M in annual recurring revenue.

• Effectively maintain client relationships to ensure satisfaction and maximize retention.

• Travel required: 10-20%.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or operations within a fast-paced SaaS technology company.

• Proficiency in SQL and Excel.

• Strong project management skills.

• A dedication to delivering customer value by thoroughly understanding clients' use cases and aligning them with Commure's best practices.

• Experience in the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) field and/or prior start-up experience is advantageous.
