Operations Liaison

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Managing Director to develop financial plans.

• Oversee workflow by establishing and maintaining efficient systems.

• Support daily operations and activities within financial professional offices.

• Act as a knowledge leader, leveraging expertise in financial planning.

• Stay updated on financial planning trends and recognize relevant opportunities.

• Manage the documentation of processes and procedures effectively.

• Interact professionally with financial professionals and their teams.

• Assist in promoting the services of Spire Outsourcing.

• Foster and sustain relationships with CFP Board registered degree programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of four years of relevant experience, education, and/or training in financial planning or wealth management.

• A detail-oriented financial planning professional with a collaborative mindset.

• Strong understanding of financial planning principles.

• Excellent analytical thinking capabilities.

• Strong organizational abilities.

• Familiarity with eMoney planning software is highly regarded.

• Additional industry licenses such as a life insurance license or FINRA Series registrations are advantageous.

• Preference is given to candidates who have completed a CFP Board registered program and are either a CFP® certificate holder or actively pursuing the CFP® designation.
