Operations Leader – Gas Power

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bahrain.

📋 Description

• Oversee the PCOE operating rhythm to enhance execution, accountability, and alignment with business priorities.

• Collaborate closely with Fulfillment Functions and global stakeholders to maintain focus on essential delivery, cost, and productivity goals.

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives aimed at streamlining processes, boosting efficiency, and reinforcing execution consistency throughout the organization.

• Manage portfolio-level reporting and performance insights, ensuring transparency regarding execution status, risks, resource requirements, and operational performance.

• Take the lead in resolving escalated operational issues, eliminating obstacles to execution, and ensuring prompt action closure.

• Utilize Lean principles and operational excellence tools to enhance productivity, minimize waste, and standardize operational methods.

• Collaborate across functions to identify and implement best practices that enhance project execution and organizational performance.

• Deliver clear and concise communication to senior leadership regarding operational performance, key risks, improvement initiatives, and progress toward priorities.

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, problem-solving, and ownership within a globally diverse team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.

• Significant experience in project and/or operations management within complex design-to-order industrial settings, preferably in large multinational corporations.

• Strong ability to manage cross-functional priorities and drive execution in dynamic environments.

• Demonstrated experience in Lean, continuous improvement, or productivity initiatives that yield measurable business results.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.

• Proficient in English and open to travel.
