📋 Description

• Oversee Business Acceptance Testing for designated releases, capabilities, and initiatives.

• Utilize business requirements, process risks, and release objectives to establish the test strategy, coverage priorities, scripts, and anticipated outcomes.

• Examine system, asset, configuration, and process adjustments to determine BAT impacts, risks, and readiness requirements.

• Confirm pricing information and associated business outcomes to ensure accuracy, identify problems, and enhance provider experience.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address defects, eliminate obstacles, and facilitate the implementation of new programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.

• More than 5 years of experience in a healthcare, business operations, testing, systems, pricing, or a related field.

• Demonstrated experience in leading or assisting with business acceptance testing, regression testing, user acceptance testing, or similar validation activities.

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.

• Capacity to convert technical concepts, business requirements, and system modifications into clear testing necessities and business implications.

• Proficient in managing multiple priorities, working independently, and maintaining organization in a fast-paced environment.
