This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Document inventory transactions, including materials that are issued, leftover, or damaged.
• Create replenishment orders by vendor and ensure stock levels are accurately maintained.
• Assist with and reconcile periodic physical inventory counts.
• Review and validate daily warehouse receipt reports.
• Accurately log received materials by project and stock category.
• Monitor and adjust material records post-installation to ensure real-time accuracy.
• Allocate inventory to ongoing projects and prepare purchase orders accordingly.
• Work alongside vendors to enhance cost-effectiveness and lead-time efficiency.
• Compile detailed production and specification documentation.
• Produce reports regarding vendor and Home Depot purchases.
• Maintain dashboards that track material usage and procurement trends.
• A background in Industrial, Materials, or Operations Engineering is preferred.
• Possess strong organizational and analytical capabilities.
• Experience in inventory control, procurement, logistics, or production support is essential.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Word.
• Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
