Operations Implementation Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• With moderate supervision, manage contracts with external vendors in alignment with the management strategy for functions.

• Evaluate vendor performance, including service levels and conduct data analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

• Serve as the primary contact for resolving operational and technical issues related to vendors.

• Oversee the daily interactions with vendors.

• Assist in the implementation of overall operations, which encompasses executing daily operations in specific policy-related processes and driving change initiatives for the function or organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of pertinent experience in operations, business analysis, or process enhancement roles.

• Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, requirement gathering, solution analysis, and UAT management for operations-focused initiatives.

• Experience with outsourced service providers or vendor-managed environments is a plus.

• A Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related area.

• Relevant business analysis or project management certifications are advantageous.
