This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Conduct comprehensive end-to-end testing of the Gig app and report any bugs, issues, and suggestions for UX enhancements.
• Serve as the primary contact for our development team on a daily basis.
• Assist in prioritizing fixes and enhancements based on user feedback.
• Document workflows and operational processes as we develop and refine them.
• Identify, contact, and recruit qualified consultants for the platform.
• Oversee the onboarding, verification, and setup processes for consultants.
• Develop and maintain onboarding guides, FAQs, and training materials.
• Validate video call logs and ensure the completion of consultations.
• Prepare and manage payment runs for consultants.
• Resolve payment or reconciliation issues as they arise.
• Implement marketing campaigns across email, social media, and other digital platforms.
• Foster community building and engagement initiatives for consultants.
• Act as the initial point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and complaints.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a digital role (such as startup, SaaS, operations, support, marketing, or similar fields).
• Strong digital proficiency—comfortable navigating apps, dashboards, workflows, and online tools.
• Required experience in developing AI agents.
• Exceptional written English and effective communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
• Ability to work remotely and independently.
• Must be based in the Philippines with a reliable internet connection.
• Preferred: Experience with startups or early-stage companies.
• Familiarity with marketplaces, SaaS platforms, or fintech/payments.
• Background in customer support, onboarding, or operations.
• Some experience in marketing or campaign execution is a plus.
