Operations Generalist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Engaging with service business owners to facilitate their onboarding process

• Streamlining our recruitment pipeline

• Developing internal tools to enhance team efficiency

• Establishing a new vendor relationship

• Resolving data-related issues

• Redesigning inefficient processes

• Utilizing SQL when data analysis is required

• Making phone calls to obtain necessary information

• Creating spreadsheets, documents, scripts, or processes based on situational needs

• Taking ownership of challenges and delivering effective solutions

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience at a leading startup in a generalist, operations, or chief-of-staff capacity

• Experience in top consulting firms where you had accountability for results (beyond just creating presentations)

• Background in managing your own business

• Business operations or strategy & operations experience at a rapidly evolving company

• Demonstrated ownership of a significant problem within your initial two weeks

• Must possess authorization to work in the US or Canada.
