This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +3 more states.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to provide financial analysis and actionable insights.
• Assist in strategic decision-making through financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Conduct analysis of financial performance.
• Ensure compliance oversight.

• Support Finance teams, Operations, and business partners.
• Contribute to precise financial analysis and data-driven decision-making.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel and the ability to manage large datasets effectively.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
• Strong presentation abilities and skill in conveying financial information clearly to varied audiences.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Capacity to work independently while effectively collaborating across teams.
• Willingness to learn new technologies, systems, and processes.
• Proven commitment to integrity and professional ethics.
• Internship, academic, or professional experience in financial analysis, accounting, or corporate finance.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Knowledge of month-end closing processes, account reconciliations, and journal entry preparation.
• Understanding of SOX compliance, internal controls, or financial control frameworks.
• Experience with financial reporting and visualization tools like Power BI or Hyperion.
• Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis.
• Interest or experience in process improvement, reporting automation, or data analytics.
• A professional accounting qualification or progress towards a qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or CIMA is advantageous.
