Operations & Field Communication Specialist

📋 Description

• Assist in shaping and enhancing Compass (Axero), creating a user-friendly and organized platform that serves as the primary resource for our franchisees.

• Develop and sustain clear, accessible documentation that keeps our teams well-informed and positioned for success.

• Transform ideas into refined and appealing resources by converting stakeholder feedback into well-structured, user-friendly content.

• Act as a reliable point of contact by overseeing the Communications inbox and ensuring that requests are addressed promptly and effectively.

• Spearhead the publication of the Area Director edition of our Camradarie magazine, managing updates, proofreading content, and guaranteeing that each issue is accurate and delivered on schedule.

• Advocate for continuous improvement by discovering new methods to enhance the accessibility, navigation, and usability of information throughout the organization.

• Collaborate with teams across the business to provide consistent, precise communications and resources that support our franchise network.

• Exceptional written communication abilities, with a knack for crafting clear, engaging, and polished content.

• Proven experience in developing and maintaining documentation, SOPs, knowledge bases, or similar resources that foster team success.

• Highly organized, demonstrating strong attention to detail and a dedication to delivering accurate, high-quality work.

• Background in managing knowledge management systems, intranets, learning platforms, or content management systems.

• Proficient in balancing multiple priorities while consistently meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• A proactive problem solver who enjoys discovering smarter, more efficient methods to enhance processes.

• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and integrating feedback from various stakeholders.

• Proficient in Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive.

• Quick to adapt to new technology and confident in using new tools and systems.

• Self-driven and capable of thriving while working independently in a remote setting.
