
Operations & Executive Virtual Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Deliver services that support nonprofit and educational development, including grant research and writing assistance, as well as general executive support.
• Monitor filings, compile organizational profiles, draft bylaws, and coordinate outreach efforts.
• Oversee student registration processes and manage budget tracking.
• Investigate grant opportunities, compose narratives, and review submissions for accuracy.
• Organize engagement logs, prepare reports, and maintain thorough documentation.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a related role.
• Excellent writing and editing capabilities.
• Experience in grant writing or nonprofit environments is preferred.
• Proficient in Google Workspace applications.
• Familiarity with creating content for social media platforms.
• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong written English language skills and effective communication abilities.
• Proactive and capable of working independently.
• Bonus Skills: Experience with charter schools or educational startups, background in nonprofit or grant-funded initiatives, knowledge of the Ohio or U.S. funding landscape, and ability to write in a compelling, authentic brand voice.
