Operations Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assess corporate metrics related to Integrity, Occupational Safety, Process Safety, Environment, and Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions; manage, process, and disseminate data; and assist in the formulation and implementation of corporate objectives within the Business Units.

• Facilitate HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) and Integrity review meetings, analyzing Business Unit performance, suggesting and tracking measures to enhance safety and integrity while reducing accidents, environmental consequences, and operational risks.

• Compile the Monthly Man-Hours Statistical Report (REM).

• Provide guidance to managers and teams on HSE issues.

• Aid in the administration of HSE training initiatives.

• Assist individuals engaged in internal inspections/audits or audits conducted by regulatory bodies.

• Formulate, revise, and oversee HSE legal compliance metrics, consolidating data and generating reports, charts, and critical evaluations.

• Supervise action plans within HSE management systems, delivering updated reports to leadership.

• Assist in the administration of HSE programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office at an intermediate level.

• Familiarity with Power BI or Spotfire for data processing and the preparation of management reports.

• Experience in monitoring, controlling, and critically analyzing performance indicators.

• Experience in preparing presentations of results.

• Proven experience in creating, tracking, and executing Operational Safety Improvement Plans.

• Experience in documenting and monitoring deviations, analyzing incidents, and evaluating process trends related to Safety, Environment, and Health.

• Theoretical knowledge of human factors principles and their application within E&P production processes.

• A minimum of 4 (four) years of experience in roles similar to the specified services, subject to contract oversight approval.
