Operations Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Operate our technology for major sporting federations globally.

• Travel to various locations to deliver our products in person and on-site.

• Install hardware and software systems, including cameras, servers, and cabling.

• Lead live testing initiatives with customers.

• Investigate and analyze our technology to identify issues and edge cases that could lead to failures in live scenarios.

• Assist in the design of equipment.

• Test and document new software solutions.

• Participate in the organization and execution of large-scale projects.

• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly understand complex issues.

• Self-starter who demonstrates initiative and can independently manage and develop projects.

• Capability to work efficiently and make sound decisions under pressure.

• Intellectually curious, with a drive to ask insightful questions to resolve intricate issues.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• A degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) field.

• A passion for sports!

• Experience in networking, Kubernetes, and/or software engineering is a plus.

• Project management experience or qualifications are advantageous.
