Operations Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Puerto Rico.

📋 Description

• Design, enhance, and standardize cross-functional operational processes to guarantee structure, efficiency, scalability, and consistency throughout the organization.

• Develop and reinforce operational systems, frameworks, and governance structures that boost predictability, quality, accountability, and execution discipline.

• Introduce best practices and adaptable operational models from Martech, technology, SaaS, consulting, and other high-growth service sectors.

• Incorporate Martech, AI, automation, and workflow tools into daily operations to enhance productivity, visibility, speed, and accuracy.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by pinpointing structural inefficiencies and implementing practical, scalable solutions.

• Oversee the company's daily operational engine, including capacity planning, workload balancing, resource allocation, and delivery coordination across teams.

• Proactively monitor operational and delivery risks, identify bottlenecks early, and drive swift, effective resolutions across stakeholders.

• Ensure robust coordination and seamless collaboration among Sales, Client Services, Creative, Media, Strategy, Technology, and Finance.

• Enhance operational clarity and discipline across handoffs, planning routines, prioritization, and execution follow-through.

• Act as a trusted thought partner to the CEO regarding operational health, business performance, structural gaps, and scaling priorities.

• Translate strategic priorities into actionable operational plans, decision frameworks, and execution rhythms.

• Assist leadership in evaluating trade-offs, constructively challenging assumptions, and identifying opportunities to enhance business operations and growth.

• Construct and oversee operational dashboards, reporting frameworks, and management routines that improve visibility across the organization.

• Monitor and analyze key indicators such as capacity, utilization, profitability, delivery performance, forecasting accuracy, timelines, and service quality.

• Cultivate a deep understanding of how sales, client needs, solution design, technology enablement, and delivery execution relate to business performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, PMO, Delivery Management, Revenue Operations, or comparable cross-functional leadership roles.

• Strong preference for experience in Martech, technology, SaaS, consulting, digital product, or other high-growth service organizations; experience outside traditional marketing or creative agencies is highly valued.

• Proven history of leading operational transformation, process design, cross-functional execution, and business scaling initiatives.

• Experience with multiple operating frameworks, methodologies, or management models, with the ability to adapt and apply what best suits the business.

• Strong understanding of how operations interconnect with sales, client service, technology, finance, and delivery in a growth-oriented business.

• Strong analytical and financial acumen, with experience in interpreting KPIs, dashboards, forecasting, profitability metrics, utilization, and operational performance data.

• Ability to question constructively, identify patterns and risks, and convert data into actionable recommendations and informed decisions.

• Experience serving as a strategic advisor or close business partner to senior leadership and/or CEO-level stakeholders.

• Extensive experience in capacity planning, workflow optimization, delivery risk management, prioritization, and operational governance.

• Proficiency with ERPs, CRMs, project management platforms, BI/reporting tools such as Power BI or Looker Studio, and process automation solutions.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, influence, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to function effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous, and dynamic environments.

• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
